As Queen, she understood her role of uniting the people of Paradis Island, asking permission to perform the final blow toRod Reiss’s Titan, knowing that such a moment would cement her as a figure to get behind. At her coronation, she was incredibly dignified, taking on a noble manner that compelled the people to believe in her.
5Dot Pixis
Commander Dot Pixis is a thoroughly eccentric man which, at the very least, makes him well-liked amongAttack on Titanfans, but when things get serious, he is also an incredibly effective leader. Not only is he a brilliant strategist, but he is also able to wield his charisma in order to put steel into the hearts of his soldiers.
His speech during the struggle for Trost District is an overwhelming success, managing to convince his soldiers that Eren Yeager’s Titan is part of the plan, and he even manages to rouse the hearts of deserters. Without Pixis' overwhelming charisma, Trost District would undoubtedly have been lost.
4Grisha Yeager
In both of his lives, Grisha Yeagerhad to be charismatic to survive and achieve his goals. In Marley, he was part of the Eldian Restorationists movement, and thus needed to convince others of their cause and to keep going. His passion and charisma helped him convince his own wife and son to help the cause, in spite of the risks.
Inside the Walls of Paradis Island, Grisha had to lie to everyone at first and simply convince them he was just a great doctor who wanted to help. However, by this point, the regret of what had happened to his previous family and how he had used them made his feelings towards his new family and other people genuine. Without charisma, Grisha Yeager would never have been able to achieve all that he did.
3Hange Zoe
Hange Zoe is one of the most eccentric characters inAttack on Titan, but despite being a bit of an oddity, she is extremely likable and is able to inspire in her own way. She is also able to take on a more authoritative role when necessary, as showcased when she took over from Erwin Smith as commander of the Survey Corps.
Her joy for life, and even forthe titans she researches, is passed down to others and the fact that she stays so positive in the face of adversity inspires her subordinates to follow her no matter what.
2Willy Tybur
Willy Tybur is one ofthe most interesting side characters inAttack on Titanand in his short time on screen, he came across as one of the most charismatic individuals in the entire anime. In his speech to the people of Marley and the rest of the world, Willy Tybur instantly convinced his audience of the severity of his words, speaking in an authoritative and eloquent voice.

He preached unity against the potential threat of a rumbling from Paradis Island and seems to have succeeded before his untimely death. The fact that he was a mostly reclusive figure with few public appearances, added a certain amount of intrigue that compelled people to listen to him.
1Erwin Smith
When it comes to the most charismatic character inAttack on Titan, there is no doubt that the 13th commander of the Survey Corps, Erwin Smith, claims the top spot.He is a natural leaderwith stoic attributes that give his soldiers no doubts about his sincerity.
When Eren and his fellow recruits are first introduced to Erwin Smith, he instantly convinces them to sacrifice their hearts with his speech, and his presence and authority are immediately felt. Erwin Smith, however, is best known for his last speech, inspiring his soldiers to ride to their deaths with him. Despite the situation, he manages to compel them to follow him and die with honor and rage.
