10Khalid’s Gift
Jaheira’s Secret Vault Underneath Her House
Khalid’s Gift is also a reference tothe previousBaldur’s Gategames, the first of which included Jaheira’s husband, Khalid. It’s a Very Rare item that gives the wearer the power to cast Aid, a level 3 Abjuration spell that gives the target extra hit points.
If Jaheira is wearing the amulet, it has the additional benefit of making her immune to any kind of curse. That’s handy when dealing with vampires, doppelgangers, and other extra-planar creatures that use curses, or even better, to deal with chests and treasures fused with protection spells.

9Unflinching Protector Amulet
Looted From Ptaris In The Lower City
The Unflinching Protector Amulet is an ideal item if the player is building a defender, but it has the same benefit no matter who wears it. When one of their allies is attacked, this amulet gives the wearer the ability to use a reaction to cause an attack against one of their allies to miss.
Getting this amulet is more complicated than picking a lock or killing a boss. It’s only accessible if the player has completed the Steal a Githyanki Egg quest from earlier in the story. It’s looted from a character called Ptaris in the Lower City, but only if the player has already delivered the egg to Lady Esther.

8The Amulet of Silvanus
Under A Rock In The Druid Grove
One of many hidden magical objects in Act 1, this Uncommon necklace can be found hidden under a rock in the Druid Grove. Not just any rock, but the extra big one you can find near Ormn the Bear, who’s near the small space near the wooden elevator and the beach.
Moving big rocks inBG3isn’t a matter of Strength or using a potion, but just a simple matter of using the icon to drag and drop something. So you only have to be a bit creative and nosy to find this handy amulet instead of killing a boss or finishing a quest.

7Corvid Token
Purchased From Mattis In Rivington
Here’s another valuable amulet that only appears in Act 3 if the protagonist has accomplished certain tasksfrom Act 1 and Act 2. The Tieflings from the Druid Grove have to be saved, and Mattis has to be among them. He’ll also appear in Last Light Inn, and he’ll be doing what he always does: selling rings, amulets, and other random items.
If Mattis survives long enough to reach the town of Rivington, he can sell the player this Very Rare amulet, which grants the Boon of the Raven Queen. It not only gives the wearer the ability totransform into a Dire Raven, but when they can Fly or take Wild Shape, they also have Feather Fall.

6Amulet Of The Devout
In The Offering Chest Beneath The Stormshore Tabernacle
It shouldn’t be a surprise that an item with a name like Amulet of the Devout can be found in a holy place, and in this case, the Stormshore Tabernacle. Players have to explore the eastern part of the Lower City in Baldur’s Gate to find this location and deal with curses and divine beings known as Devas to get at it.
The amulet gives the wearer High Spellcasting, which gives them a +2 to their Save spell DC. It grants an extra ability to Paladins who have the Channel ability, giving them one additional use of it per turn.

5Amulet Of Greater Health
Hidden In Raphael’s Vault In The House Of Hope
There’s a lot of really nice loot in the House of Hope, but what else would you expect from the abode of a demon? It’s all about decadence in this den of iniquity, and players who have the patience to look around can take some of it for themselves.
The Amulet of Greater Health is one of the items ideal fora character that takes a lot of damagebut can’t wear a lot of armor. The amulet doesn’t heal, but instead, it raises the Constitution of the wearer to 23 and gives them an advantage on Constitution saving throws.

4Amulet Of Bhaal
Drops From Sarevok
Should the player decide to murder the Tribunal of Bhaal, this necklace will drop from Sarevok’s corpse. It’s not only great for the buffs and extra abilities, but it’s also required to open the inner door of the Temple of Bhaal and a passage that leads into Orin’s quarters.
Anyone who wears the amulet inflicts the Bleeding condition on an enemy that has full hit points. It’s just one passive benefit, but it’s more than decent for any melee fighter and ideal for a character that attacks by surprise or via stealth.

3The Spellcrux Amulet
Drops from The Warden of Moonrise Towers Prison
There are two ways to go to Moonrise Towers, either as a double agent before killing the Nightsong or after as part of the Harper attack force. If you want to save the Gnomes and Tieflings from Act 1, however, it’s essential to go there first to free them from the prison. If you’re playing a Dark Urge Origin character, it’s an optional side-quest to visit the Towers first to see if anyone recognizes you.
One of those people happens to be the Warden, which makes her easier for the Dark Urge to recognize. While you’re there, you’re able to kill the Warden of the Moonrise Tower Prison and loot this valuable amulet from their corpse. Sometimes the Warden shows up on the ground floor during the Harper attack and will drop this amulet just the same, but it’s easier to find them in the prison.

2Amulet Of Windriver
The Award For Killing The Hag And Saving Varna
This Very Rare amulet gives the wearer two handy spells, Ride the Wind and Gust of Wind. Ride the Wind gives the caster the ability to fly, which can be handy for a myriad of reasons, and Gust of Wind summons a powerful gust of air that can clear pesky AoE effects like Cloudkill.
Not only does getting this amulet require killing a tough bossfrom Act 1, Ethel the Hag but she’s kidnapped a child named Varna, who can’t die in the fight. Varna can only be saved if the player has already found Old Garlow’s House, which contains what the player needs to kill and the Hag and rescue the child.

1Fey Semblence Amulet
A Reward From the Hag Survivors Support Group
This powerful amulet is a reward for killing Auntie Ethel, which means the player gets it even if Varna dies, provided the witch also meets her demise. After the Hag is killed, the player can return to Old Garlow’s, and the Hag Survivors support group will give them the Fey Semblence Amulet.
In a game in which the future is determined with a roll of the dice, the Fey Semblence Amulet might be one of the best accessories in the game. It gives the wearer a passive buff that includes an Advantage on Charisma, Wisdom, and Intelligence Saving Throws.
