For over a decade, the newCall of Dutygame has been revealed by the end of May. However, Activision has broken from that tradition with the upcomingCall of Duty 2020, which still has yet to be revealed to the public. While fans are still waiting on news about whatCall of Duty 2020will entail, a prominentCall of Dutyfranchise leaker has potentially revealed some of the game’s first weapons and other information.
This information comes from TheGamingRevolution, and while they have been correct aboutCall of Dutyleaks in the past, fans should still take the news with a grain of salt. With that disclaimer in mind, TheGamingRevolution claims thatCall of Duty 2020will feature the 1911 pistol, a Colt revolver, the Daewoo K2, the M16, and what is possibly an AK-47. The names of these weapons may change, as sometimesActivisiongives fictional names to real-world guns in theCall of Dutygames.

As far asCall of Duty 2020killstreaks go, TheGamingRevolution says that the new game will likely switch back to what are technically scorestreaks. Regardless, they will supposedly consist of Artillery Strike, Chopper Gunner, Napalm Strike, and thefan-favorite RC-XD, along with a killstreak that equips players with a flamethrower. OtherCall of Duty 2020killstreaks will include the standard UAV and Counter-UAV, plus the return of Dogs.
When it comes to perks,Call of Dutyfans should be able to expect the usual suspects inCall of Duty 2020. According to TheGamingRevolution, this means thatDead Silenceis coming back, and the Toughness perk may be in the game as well.
TheGamingRevolution also touched on some other aspects of the game in the new video, revealing thatCall of Duty 2020will apparently be bringing backModern Warfare’s Ground War mode.
Luckily, fans should find out sooner rather than later whether there’s any truth to this latest leak. TheCall of Duty 2020reveal is expected to happen at thePS5 game reveal event, itself taking place any day now, and so hopefully fans get some answers sooner rather than later.
