Enter Sgt. Griggs, who will make his debut inCall of Duty: Warzoneas part of a bundle in theCODstore. Paired with three blueprint weapons—an AR, SMG, and combat knife—and a host of other items, the “Sarge” Griggs skin is being pushed as Activision’s “Operator of the Week.” The character first appeared in 2007’sCall of Duty 4: Modern Warfareas part of the Marine Corps Force Reconnaissance team. Now he joinsthe best-selling game inCall of Dutyhistory, right at the tail end ofModern Warfare’s lifecycle.
Griggs' Operator skin might be one of the last new pieces of content before the integration betweenCall of Duty: Black Ops Cold WarandCall of Duty: Modern Warfare. Fans have been given more details as tohowCall of Duty:Warzonewill integrate withCall of Duty: Black OpsCold War, and when it comes to Operators, any characters unlocked inBlack Ops Cold Warwill immediately be available for use inWarzone.
