There is a new bug associated withWarzonehelicoptersthat let players glitch into parts of the map. From this vantage point, players are able to shoot at others, but can’t take any damage themselves, basically making them invincible and guaranteeing a victory. It’s possible that Infinity Ward is temporarily disabling helicopters fromCall of Duty: Warzoneso that it can fix this issue and then re-introduce them at some point down the line.

Then again, it’s also possible that Infinity Ward has removed helicopters fromCall of Duty: Warzoneas a way to better balance the game. Perhaps the studio felt as though helicopters were too overpowered and needed adjusted. This wouldn’t be the first time that Infinity Ward removed vehicles fromWarzonefor balance reasons, withCargo Trucksremoved from Solos entirely for a time due to them being overpowered and overused.

Luckily for those who enjoy helicopters inCall of Duty: Warzone, there’s a chance that they won’t have to wait too long for them to be added back to the game.Warzoneupdatescome out almost every Tuesday, so it’s possible that helicopters will be added back as early as next week. Sometimes Infinity Ward releases special updates throughout the week as well, so fans may not even have to wait that long to get their helicopters back.

In any case, it’s unlikely that Infinity Ward intends to keep helicopters out ofWarzoneon a permanent basis.NewWarzonecosmetic bundlesinclude helicopter skins, so fans can expect them to be added back to the game at some point down the line.
