From there, players need to find a Top Secret Contract.

This is because each Top Secret Contract players complete awards them with an increasing amount of Weapon XP. As such, players that complete several contracts in each Plunder match will level up their weapons extremely fast, with IceManIsaac able to raise their gun from level 1 to level 16 in just ten minutes. He failed two contracts during the match, too, which means he could have gone up over 20 levels.
