Season 2 of the SyFy seriesChuckywill premiere on October 5th, 2022, and since October is all about Autumn leaves, getting cozy, and watching scary stories, this is great news. Lachlan Watson andThe Real Housewives of Beverly Hillsstar Sutton Stracke will also appear on the show.

TheChild’s Playhorror franchise is one of the most popular, with Chucky the evil and murderous doll at the center of it. Chucky has no regrets about anything that he’s done since he’s the spirit of the serial killer Charles Lee Ray and he has fun everywhere that he goes. The films are known for a campy tone and great characters, and the franchise also has some memorable quotes.

Karen (Catherine Hicks) holding Chucky and talking to Andy Barclay (Alex Vincent) in the 1988 Child’s Play movie

Andy Stands Up To Chucky In Child’s Play (1988)

Chucky: “We’re friends ‘til the end! Remember?Andy: “This is the end, friend!”

Chucky is a timeless horror villainbecause he always speaks, which is different from some others who say nothing at all. Both are scary, as it’s pretty awful hearing the cruel and vile things that Chcky is thinking about, although he does have a sense of humor at the same time.

In the first film from 1988, Andy Barclay (Alex Vincent) is terrified of Chucky but also angry at the fact that he killed Chucky’s mom’s good friend Maggie Peterson (Dinah Manoff), along with others. When Chucky repeats his famous phrase from the Good Guy doll branding, Andy says that it’s over for Chucky. This quote shows how tough Andy has become but fans of theslasher franchisealso know that Chucky isn’t really gone.

Chucky Returns In Child’s Play 2 (1990)

“Surprise! Did you miss me, Andy? I sure missed you.”

Fans don’t loveChild’s Play 3, and the sequel from 1990 isn’t as good as the first one, as Andy is living with a foster family. It’s awful seeing Andy away from his mom Karen (Catherine Hicks) as she has been put in an institution because she keeps talking about an evil doll.

Chucky returns for Andy and says this quote in a happy-go-lucky kind of tone, knowing that Andy will be completely freaked out to see him. Andy never thought that he could really escape this killer doll, as Chucky has haunted his every waking moment ever since, and now Andy is even more afraid.

Tiffany and Chucky dolls in Seed Of Chucky

Tiffany And Chucky Joke Around In Seed Of Chucky (2004)

Tiffany: “I’m not getting pregnant again, I’ll tell you that much. My mother always said, ‘Once is a blessing, twice is a curse.'“Chucky: “Well, that would explain your sister.”

Seed Of Chuckywas ahead of its timeas Chucky and Tiffany Valentine (Jennifer Tilly) have a baby Glen/Glenda who is non-binary. Chucky and Tiffany accept them, which is important to see, and it proves that this is a horror franchise that cares about LGBTQ+ rights along with talking about significant social issues.

Chucky and Tiffany have an over-the-top relationship since, of course, they’re evil dolls. But they also have some hilarious exchanges throughout the franchise as they joke around a lot. It’s perfect hearing killer objects complain about family, as this is relatable and unexpected.

Jake Wheeler holding the doll in Chucky TV Show

Jake Is After The Doll In Chucky (2021)

“He’s still out there. We have to find him and kill him.”

Jake Wheeler (Zackary Arthur) is shocked to learn that his Good Guy doll is evil in season 1 ofChuckyand his journey is similar to Andy’s, as the two characters realize that they can never really get away from Chucky. They also both know that they have to stop him from hurting more people and this is a huge burden for them.

Likehorror movies with the best main characters, theChuckyTV series features a teenager who is thinking about who he is, what he has been through, and how to move forward. Jake cares about everyone around him and feels a sense of duty and responsibility to end Chucky’s reign of terror, which is entertaining to watch, since Chucky doesn’t take that lying down. It will be fascinating to see how Jake and Chucky fare in season 2.

Chucky Talks About His Child In The 2021 TV Series

“I’m not a monster.”

Chuckyis a successful reboot TV showbecause Chucky talks to Jake about his child and how much he loves them. When Jake is shocked to hear Chucky being compassionate, Chucky says, “I’m not a monster.”

This is the best moment of the entire first season since it proves that there is some humanity inside of Chucky, which is thought-provoking considering the fact that he is a serial killer and has been attacking, tormenting, and killing people for years now. While many of Chucky’s quotes verge on funny or shocking, this one is moving.
