Now, one gamer took a step forward and decided to recreateGollumfromThe Lord of the RingsinElden Ring. SoulfearicAcid shared their creation on Reddit, and it looks pretty good, as they recreated the famous character with uncanny accuracy using the many settings of theElden Ringcharacter creation system.

This is not the first time that SoulfearicAcid has created an amazing character usingElden Ring. Previously, the gamer also made an impressive version ofProfessor Garlick fromHogwarts Legacy, as well as other characters such as the protagonist ofDoom.

Many users in the comments of the post compared SoulfearicAcid’s creation to the one inThe Lord of the Rings: Gollum, a game that was greatly criticized upon release. For instance, one user commented that this version of Gollum actually looks better than the one featured in the newGollumgame. Another gamer was also amazed that someone could use the character creation system to build something as good or even better than an entire studio.

Recreating famous characters inElden Ringis something that the community loves to do. For instance, oneElden Ringgamer recreated Tyrion LannisterfromGame of Thronessome time ago. While it’s somewhat impossible to recreate a human face right to the last detail, the similarity was fairly striking, as the model really looked like Peter Dinklage, the actor who plays Tyrion in the popular HBO series, including even the presence of some of the scars that Tyrion has. It will be interesting to see what other gamers create in the weeks ahead.

Elden Ringis available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
