Some new environments that players will explore inDawntrailwere also touched upon, with the cyberpunk-inspired city of Solution Nine being among the biggest surprises thatFinal Fantasy 14players got a taste of. However, Yoshida still refused to reveal when exactlyDawntrailwould be released but confirmed that an internal target date was chosen.

Yoshida will host a panel aboutDawntrailon Saturday, March 23, at noon Eastern, at the convention’s Main Theatre. While details remain light on what fans and attendees can expect,Square Enix statedthat players should not miss the presentation. Given the fact that the release date forDawntrailis still unknown at the time of writing, the PAX East panel is a likely opportunity for that detail to drop.
