TheFortnitecommunity makes some pretty incredible content surrounding the game they love. One of the most popular forms of content in theFortnitecommunity is fan theoriesthat speculate on things that Epic Games may be planning behind the scenes for futureFortnitecontent.

Recently,FortniteYouTuber and content creator Ali-A released a video talking about one of his ownFortnitetheories involving Season 5 content. Ali-A’sFortnitetheory essentially suggests that Epic Games is taking big steps behind the scenes to linkFortnite’s continuous lore with real life, tying in with the Zero Point, Agent Jonesy, and much more.

Ali-A’s video is over 10 minutes long, so there’s a lot to unpack about the overarching theory he presents. Ali-A begins by honing in onFortniteSeason 5’s slogan “Worlds Collide,” but saying he thinks it means something much bigger than justKratos and Master Chief joiningFortnite. Ali-A proposes that Epic Games is starting to merge elements of the real world with elements ofFortnite, as evidence by strange alternate reality elements discovered in the real world. Ali-A cites aFortniteDurr Burger that appeared in a California desert,FortniteLlamas appearing in Europe, andFortniteBattle Buses appearing in Egypt.

Of course, Ali-A thinks this heavily relates to the newZero Point landmark inFortniteSeason 5, claiming that the Zero Point that linksFortnitewith other pop-culture worlds also links to the real world. Ali-A then makes a big claim saying he thinks the strange monolith-esque structures appearing around the world may be tied toFortnite, after seeing Epic’s recent ARG marketing. The real meaning behind these strange structures has yet to be confirmed, but Ali-A is guessing that Epic is behind the structures and that fans may see them appear inFortniteeventually. The next part of Ali-A’s theory revolves around a certainFortnitecharacter prominent during Season 5.

Ali-A thinks that Bunker Jonesy, the disheveled post-apocalyptic skin forFortnite’s popular Jonesy character, holds a lot of information for Season 5’s Agent Jonesy and The Imagined Order. Ali-A thinks that Agent Jonesy and the IO Agents want to keep Fortnite characters on the map to make Fortnite’s infinitely looping battle royale possible forever, while Bunker Jonesy has key information on how to escape the island and the loop. Bunkey Jonesy mentions the mysterious reboot vans and bunkers as being key elements in escaping the island.

Essentially, Ali-A thinks the plot surroundingFortnite’s Season 5 lore and central themehas to do withFortnitecharacters escaping the island and the continuous battle royale loop of the game. Agent Jonesy’s reality blending abilities along with the Imagine Order agents naturally play a huge role in this season and are key elements to Ali-A’s theory. Additionally,Fortniteelements appearing in the real world suggest a tangible way to “escape”Fortnite’s island. The theory is certainly out there, but it does make a lot of sense when looked at as a whole.
