Fortniteplayers can earn extra XP by completing special quests and challenges. There are new ones added toFortniteevery week, and one of the Legendary Quests for Season 7, Week 7, tasks players withcollecting parenting books from Holly Hatchery or Retail Row, two popular points of interest that tend to attract players at the start of matches due to them having plenty of loot.
To complete this quest, players will only need to collect two of these parenting books, and this guide will show the locations of two books at Holly Hatchery and two books at Retail Row. It doesn’t matter which location theFortniteplayergoes to, as long as the books are collected.
Parenting Book Locations in Holly Hatchery
Parenting Book #1
The first parenting book in Holly Hatchery can be found on the first floor of a green three-story home in the southeast corner of the locale. The house is right next to a small soccer field if that helps players track it down.
Players should be aware of opponents that are also attempting to complete the quest and come prepared with a decent weapon or two. There will also below-gravity alien nanite fieldsscattered about the area.
Parenting Book #2
On the same street corner, players will find the second parenting book in this two-story brick house. The book will also be found on the first floor and can be collected by interacting with it for a second.
Parenting Book Locations in Retail Row
The first parenting book location in Retail Row is inside a large two-story brick house with a garage on the left-hand side. The book can be found on the ground floor of the home. It’s located in the middle of Retail Row, below the letter “I” in the word “RETAIL” on the map.
The last parenting book that players will need tocollect in Retail Rowis located in the area’s northwest corner.Fortniteplayers will come across a large blue house with a brick chimney on top of it.
Once players grab two of the parenting books from either location, the quest will be completed, and they will earn loads of XP. Players can continue to finish any other quests that they have in their log, or they can even search for thelatest batch of Alien Artifacts for Week 7.
