One of the most memorable aspects ofMarvel’s Spider-Manis the wide range of classic super villains from the series. The game doesn’t hold back when it comes to bad guys, even going as far as assembling the most famous villainous group in the franchise: the Sinister Six. The Sinister Six is created by Doctor Octopus in the game in order to finally put an end to Spider-Man, and his long-time rival, Norman Osborne. Two of the most classic members of theSinister Six are The Rhino and The Scorpion, and in this game, Spider-Man has to take them both down at the same time, which can be quite a challenge.

Reddit user Yellowyellow19 posted a video of how they handled thisintense fight fromMarvel’s Spider-Man, and it involved turning the bad guys against each other. In the video, Spider-Man is seen landing some hits on Scorpion before his spider-sense goes off, warning him about the charging Rhino headed his way. Spider-Man jumps out of the way, letting The Rhino ram into his partner. Spider-Man then zips over to the downed Scorpion to finish him off but then stops when his spider-sense goes off again. He then leaps out of the way again, letting The Rhino completely obliterate The Scorpion.
The Rhino is one of the best villains inMarvel’s Spider-Manand one of the strongest characters in the Marvel Universe, so it’s no surprise that The Scorpion stays down after getting crushed. The surprising part about this clip is the fact that there are voice lines for this interaction from both bad guys, with Rhino telling Scorpion that he’s in the way, right before smashing into him. This means that letting these two villains beat up on each other is intentional by the developers, and players can recreate this scene if they wish.
It hasn’t been confirmed ifThe Rhino or The Scorpion will show up inMarvel’s Spider-Man 2for a rematch against the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. IfSpider-Man 2pits the player against two super villains at the same time, they should remember this video and try to use the two of them against each other.
