A talentedGenshin Impactartist has created an adorable Halloween concept for the popular Hydro user Lady Furina, also known as Focalors. This character made her first appearance in the first Fontaine story quest in which she was introduced as Teyvat’s Hydro Archon.
Since then, players have been eagerly awaiting her addition to the playable roster. Luckily,Genshin Impact’s official Twitter account has already confirmed that she will arrive in the next version 4.2. Focalors won’t be the only new character in the next update as she will be joined by a familiar face, the four-star unit named Charlotte.

Genshin Impact’s community is known for taking inspiration from the vast gorgeous character designs and creating their own art pieces. A Redditor by the name of teenagerobot has created an impressive Halloween concept forthe Hydro Archon Focalors. The concept replaced her usual hat with a witch’s hat which embodies the spirit of Halloween. The silver-blue hair that flows down her shoulders offers a stark contrast to the dark colors of her new outfit. Many fans like the concept as the post attracted over 2.4 upvotes onGenshin Impact’s official subreddit with some fans claiming that they would spend a lot of Primogems if HoYoverse decided to introduce a similar outfit for the Hydro Archon.
So far the official storyline has portrayed Lady Furina as a somewhat insecure character who often has to rely on other powerful characters such asthe recently introduced Hydro user Neuvillette. Even though she is an Archon, recent rumors have revealed that Neuvillette might be actually stronger than Focalors which is unusual for the Teyvat’s chosen protectors.
However, regarding her power on the battlefield, recent leaks have suggested thatFurina will most likely be a must-have Hydro supportwho can fit many different team compositions. Her kit will allow her to apply the Hydro element and deal tons of damage even when she’s taken off the field. Focalors' Elemental Skill will allow her to create three separate elemental lifeforms that stay on the field and attack nearby enemies.
When it comes to her exact release date, players need to wait for theGenshin Impact4.2 livestream eventwhich will also reveal which five-star characters are getting a banner re-run. Recent rumors claim that Focalors will be placed on the first banner cycle which should arrive around November 7.
