A newGenshin Impactleak reveals that players might receive a free four-star character in one of the upcoming updates. Developer HoYoverse often gives out a free copy of a four-star character for players who finish the quests that are limited for that update.
The second phase of the ongoing version 3.0 has introduced one new character named Dori. A popularGenshin Impactleaker named Ubatcha1 has revealed that players will apparently be gifted a free version of the recently released four-star Electro user.

According to the leaker, Dori will be given out for free in update 3.2 which is scheduled for the start of November. She is part of the ongoing second phase double banner forGenshin Impactversion 3.0which features two popular five-star characters, Ganyu and Kokomi. This means that players who want to pull on the current banner for the sole reason of getting Dori should probably wait for 3.2 in order to avoid the risk of acquiring an unwanted five-star and ruining their 90-wish pity.
Dori is one of the more interesting charactersin the new Sumeru region where she plays the role of a powerful merchant whose world revolves around gathering as much Mora as possible. Besides being the most skillful trader in Sumeru, Dori is also a very good fighter. Many players were hoping that HoYoverse would be giving out a free Dori copy in the ongoing update, but this was sadly not the case probably because another four-star character named Collei already arrived for free.
When it comes to Dori’s power on the battlefield, she is anewGenshin Impacthealerwho can also serve as a support for Electro application. Another of Dori’s strengths is the potential to recharge Energy for her party which can be crucial for some types of team compositions. Her Elemental Burst is considered the main attribute of her kit as it allows her to summon the Jinni within the lamp to help on the battlefield. After arriving at the field, the Jinni connects to an enemy and constantly restores HP based on Dori’s max health.
This means that to maximize her healing potential, players should stack HP whilebuilding this Electro claymore character. Overall players should use Dori if they need an Electro healer who can apply the Electro element with her burst, proc some Elemental reactions and apply decent healing.
Genshin Impactis now available on mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development with no confirmed release date.
