The three puzzles for Day 1 of the festival are available to gamers to try out, including some easy ones and somewhat more complex shapes. So forGenshin Impactfans stuck on these and want to get some quick rewards, here is how tosolve the Day 1 light puzzles.
The puzzles can be accessed right nearLiyue Harborin Liyue and interact with the lone red lamp on the yellow carpet.

Light Puzzle 1
The firstpuzzle inGenshin Impactthat gamers can solve is making a Japanese Censer, which is used to burn incense. There is a part of the wood that looks like a four-bladed fan, make sure that is directly facing down and move from there to get the exact shape.
Light Puzzle 2
The second puzzle that players are making is a Japanese Treasure ship, which in folklore is said to sail through the heavens during the first three days of Japanese New Year. Players should notice two wooden pieces sticking out on top of each other that look like hourglasses or dumbbells. These pieces make up part of the sail, so by moving that directly pointing away from the light source and facing up, gamers can almost make out the shape.
Light Puzzle 3
The last puzzle that players are making is a kite that is a common way to celebrate the New Year in Japan. This one is definitely the trickiest out of the three. The multiple different shapes in different directions make it confusing what’s being built. The best way to go about it is finding the long pointy end and having that facing the bottom since that’s the part where the kite string attaches too. From there, move the top around until the rest of the wings are visible.
Genshin Impactis available for Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5, with a Switch version in development.
