They can display it in a case in their home or simply hold it in their inventory. There are a large variety of packs required for this challenge including Get To Work, Vampires, and City Living; however, players can always bend the rules a bit to recreate the stories with the DLC they already own.
Career:
A crystal symbolizing growth and new beginnings is the perfect way to start a legacy challenge. The Sim representing this colorless stone is one that can do no harm. They studied medicine to save lives, donated heavily to charities, and volunteered with their growing family. The Quartz Sim hopes that their passion for helping others lasts for generations to come.
The first generation of the legacy focuses on close andsupportive family dynamics. Donate to charities every two weeks and volunteer at places such as nursing homes, soup kitchens, and beach cleanups at least five times. Players should reach level 10 of the Parenting skill to keep up with their three children.
Blue Kyanite is the crystal of self-love, and helps open the chakras to create a channel between the heart and the mind. The Quartz generation fostered the growth of their children and taught them to always help others. Unfortunately, this Sim learned to prioritize helping others over themself, which caused them to struggle with their own mental health.
After graduating from high school, this Sim decides to move into a university dorm and focus on themself and the things that they enjoy. Following their heart, they study fine arts in university and end up reaching the top of the Painting career. They frequently meditate and practice yoga toincrease their Wellness skill, which should be maximized before they pass away.
The Amethyst crystal is the symbol of peace and balance. Their Blue Kyanite parents always taught them to follow their dreams, and that is exactly what this Sim plans to do. Traveling the world is on Amethyst’s bucket list.
As an adventurous Sim, they frequently move, going from sunny Sulani to the lively San Myshuno and finally to the top of Mount Komorebi. Age and money never stop this Sim from seeing every corner of the world. They should have a child in every world that they live in; however, the heir for the next generation must be a Child of the Ocean from Sulani. Players looking to challenge themselves may try to move this Sim intoevery world inThe Sims 4.
This crystal can come in a variety of colors. Fluorite is deeply entwined with water and the ocean, and helps wash away toxic thought patterns and behaviors. As a child, the Fluorite Sim moved around a lot, but they were happiest when they lived in Sulani. Immediately after becoming a young adult, they move back to the coastline of their birthplace.

Players must find or purchase mermaid kelp and have their Sim consume it tobecome a mermaid. The Fluorite Sim’s drive to keep the beaches and ocean clean grows stronger each day. The Fluorite Sim must have a child with another mermaid for the next generation.
Black Tourmaline is a crystal that helps with growth, and can clear fear and distress from the mind. This Sim began life as a mermaid, but it wasn’t all they hoped it would be. The only thing that they enjoyed was causing mayhem with their siren’s lullaby and leading Sims to their deaths by summoning an ocean threat. By eating two mermaid kelp, this Sim become shuman again, but their occult mission doesn’t stop there.
The Black Tourmaline Sim researched and discoveredhow to become a vampire. They can have many vampire children, but they must have an alien baby for the next generation of the challenge. There are no rules about this Sim’s career, but it is suggested that players build a basement dungeon to “kidnap” other Sims, drink their blood, and take their money.
Opals are often speckled white crystals that are symbols of hope and purity with deep connections to the moon. The alien Sim associated with this crystal felt like the odd one out in a family of vampires, and was forced to hide their identity from everyone in public. They always desired to escape their evil family and move to Sixam, thehidden alien worldinThe Sims 4.
To achieve their dreams, the alien found themself in the astronaut career. The plan was to get their hands on a rocket and seek the sanctity of Sixam; however, these plans had to be put on hold as the Opal Sim realized they were pregnant with their co-worker’s baby. This Sim must marry one of their co-workers and have a human child for the next generation.
The Labradorite gemstone is known for protecting against negativity, and also helps with magical and spiritual abilities. This Sim knew that there was something different about their Opal parent, but they could never figure out what it was. When they were young, they took an interest in magic, and one day discovered it was real.
To learnhow to become a spellcaster, the Labradorite Sim moved to Glimmerbrook and practiced with the sages of the Magic Realm. They must make the Master Spellcaster Rank and learn all spells (potions are optional). Although starting a family was not the plan, this Sim may have one child for the next generation of the challenge.
Amber is an orange-red colored crystal that represents love and natural beauty. Magic was always pushed onto the Amber Sim when they were young. Unlike their parents, the wizarding world ofHarry Pottercrossover withThe Sims 4was not their cup of tea.

The allure of lavish life in the busy city caught this Sim’s eye, and they were immediately hooked. Move this Sim to San Myshuno, the best world in the game, and have them marry someone they meet on their first day. They will go on to become a famous critic of art and cuisine.
This dark blue crystal aids with perception and understanding, which is perfect for the bookish Sim in this generation. San Myshuno had opportunities for great schools, and the Sodalite Sim loved every minute of being there. Their love for education leads them to pursue a degree in psychology,pass all examswith A grades, and go on to have a career as a professor.
The Research and Debate skill helps Sims during their time in university, so this Sim should have no problem reaching level 10 in that skill. The only other requirement for this generation is to have at least five kids.

There are no rules or regulations for this generation. That’s a bit anticlimactic, but it does make sense because turquoise is considered the crystal of freedom. Players have the freedom to choose this Sim’s traits, aspirations, and careers. Explore an unexplored storyline or use a new DLC for this generation.
Perhaps this generation buys a farm in Henford-On Bagley to achieve theircottage-core countryside dreams. They fill it with barnyard animals and fresh produce for their family. They should master at least two skills, such as cross-stitching and cooking. If players enjoy the challenge, the Turquoise Sim should have children so that they can continue creating crystal-themed generations.
