Cult of the Lambappeals to those who like the survivalist genre, building or constructing games, or gathering many followers to worship and adore them. The unique animation and quirky dialogue, along with the dark humor, are part of the aesthetic that makes the unique follower form one of the game’s best details.
As the Lamb progresses in their journey, they’ll find severalFollower skinsthat can be purchased from vendors, and each one represents another being or animal. The Stone Kiosk in every location sells them as they become available. They also appear as a drop in the dungeons or can be purchased from in-game vendors, while others are attainable through downloadable content or connections to other applications.
Updated on June 28, 2025, by Kristy Ambrose:Since Cult of the Lamb launched, it’s amassed a loyal following that’s been reflected in the game, with more new skins added for an even wider variety of unique animal, plant, insect, monster, or fish-shaped Followers. The most recent DLC, the Pilgrim Pack, contains five newFollower formsthat players can add to an already long and creative list. Those new to the game and others with more experience now have even more tools to customize their loyal Followers, cultists, and clergy.
Location
Axolotl
The leader of the monks in Pilgrim’s Passage is an axolotl, and after the Lamb fixes the lighthouse, this form unlocks.
Available as drops, from vendors, the Stone Kiosk, or as a reward at any stage of the game.
Crab
Catch the little crab running around on the dock in Smuggler’s Cove to unlock this form.
Dog
Commonly found, but this is the only form that has a “Pat” interaction option to increase follower loyalty.
Fish
The Lamb will catch this form when fishing, and it’s not difficult to find.
Poop
Feed followers enough poop to unlock this follower form. The current estimate is 18 to 20 bowls.
Massive Monster
Hit the big snail to start a fight with Rakshasa, defeat him, and he unlocksa new shrine, the Massive Monster statue. Build it and then use the “Pray” interaction to unlock it.
Rat
Check the woodpile behind Ratatu’s Lonely Shack to find this form.
Starfish
Wander around in the piles of gold next to where followers are sacrificed in Midas' Cave to find the snail.
Snail
Pick up the five pieces of snail shells throughout the Crusades and offer them to the five shrines in each location on the map to unlock the snail.
Spider
Catch spiders in the cult compound until a spider skull drops.
Wolf
Complete the Wolf’s sordid night-time quests to unlock this follower form. Refuse any of his requests and this form will not be available.
Volvy
Trade God Tears,a drop from end bossesthe second time the player kills them, to unlock this mysterious form. Available while finishingThe Unworthy Bishopsquest.

New followers were added as part of the usual updates, with a few more skins being automatically added to the game with the release of more downloadable content.
There are five DLC additions as of August 2024: the Heretic Pack, the Cultist Pack, the Sinful Pack, the Heretic Pack, and the Pilgrim Pack.

Looks like an elephant at first, but the ears reveal its true identity.

Anteater
Similar to the Aardvark, but the base color is a deep purple.
Pilgrim Pack
Bee
Sounds awkward, but only the head turns into a bee, so this follower walks like the others.
Camel
This animal form has a distinctive nose that gives away its identity.
Cthulhu
It’s a cute version of the tentacled Lovecraftian monster for those who pre-purchased the game.

A combination of a hedgehog and an anteater, just like in real life

Narwhal
There’s a fish and a unicorn available, so it makes sense to add a narwhal.
Relics of the Old Faith
Penguin
The player can change the color from black and white during the customization process.
Skunk
The base colors are two different shades of blue instead of the typical black and white.
Sphynx
A hairless cat, as opposed to the ancient monster, added in January 2024.
Sinful Pack
Star Bunny
A rare item only given away at in-person events or through social media.
The Blood Moon Festival
Drops In The Wilderness Or Sold From Vendors During A Special Event
These three follower forms are only available duringa special seasonal eventthat took place from October 24th to November 10th, 2023. The Blood Moon Festival resonated with followers of the Cult, and it might return, so there’s still a chance for players to find these rare follower skins.
Sins Of The Flesh
Discover Them During Crusades Or Hatch Them At Home
Five follower forms were added with theSins of the Flashupdate, and as adorable as they are, there’s nothing that’s directly connected to the update’s theme. It’s a unique selection of a few more cute woodland critters to torture and enslave. Unlike the other DLCs, these followers are scattered throughout the world and dungeons as patterns instead of appearing automatically.

Lemur
Hatch from the eggs produced from a successful session in the Mating Tent at the cost of 1 Sin.
Caterpillar
Worm
Berith and her Tailor Shop are a new fixture in the Crusades. Destroy everything in her shop to find Silk Thread and this Follower form.
Mushroomo
This form is unlocked by finding Sozo’s followersand feeding them to the chatty mushroom friend.
Twitch
Some Love For The Streamers And Their Fans
These forms were previously only available to players who have Twitch integration, but some of them can be purchased from Chemach now that Relics of the Old Faith has been added to the game. Twitch integration is a way to let others interact in what would normally be a standalone game. This isn’t the same as streaming, but the two aren’t mutually exclusive.
Frankerz
It looks like a Beagle, and either way, another variant onthe Dog follower is nice for the Loyalty-generation buff.
PogChamp
Another Frog form, this one looks like it’s trying to be isometric and is the only one that’s not completely two-dimensional.
Pink Lynx
Resembles the Cat but is more streamlined in the face with a heart marking on its forehead.
Purple Rat
Looks more like a mouse with curled hair and round ears.
Ralpherz
Another Dog form but of one color and no markings, so more like a Labrador.
The follower forms that have proper names are the monsters that the Lamb defeats and subjugates at the end of every Crusade. These forms start with the title “Witness,” but this is dropped once the Lamb indoctrinates the follower into their cult. After that,the player has the option to change the nameto anything they want.
These boss forms unlock after the Lamb defeats the Boss with the same form.
Available as a drop, from a vendor, or as a reward once the Lamb has taken their Crusade into Darkwood.
One of the boss forms unlocks after the Lamb defeats them.
A mix of critters lives in the rotting forest of Anura. The Lamb can find or purchase them after they have completed Darkwood and entered this realm.
These amphibious creatures unlock when the Lamb is exploring the water-themed realm of Anchordeep.
The kind of animals that would live in an old forest filled with insects, and the Lamb can find or buy these forms in the dark, dense woods.
