PopularYouTubeand WWE star Logan Paul has stated that the possible fight against Andrew Tate that has been talked about in the past hasn’t materialized yet because Tate wants some warm-up fights ahead of time. WhileAndrew Tate has been bannedon many platforms for his words and actions, the former kickboxing champion still might get in a ring against the YouTube content creator after all.

During a recent interview with the Daily Mail, Logan Paul discussed a couple of reasons why the Andrew Tate fight that has been discussed multiple times hasn’t happened - notably the kickboxer requiring some practice, which Logan Paul doesn’t take issue with. As more content creator boxing events continue to happen beyondYouTubeand TikTok, Logan Paul may be building the foundation of his next pay-per-view outside the WWE based on his methodical answers to questions. As Paul remains busy with the aforementioned WWE career, he also maintains a social presence through his own channels and a podcast which is known as Impaulsive, while Tate remains outside the spotlight that he was once familiar with.

Logan Paul has referred to multiple contenders for future pay-per-view events but suggested that some “like to talk and don’t actually like to sign on the dotted line,” which is what he found with Andrew Tate. Though Paul noted warm-up fights as the reason Tate gave him for his reluctance to sign off on the event, there may be even more things preventing it from happening beyondTate’s removal from TikTokand other platforms. One thing that Logan Paul revealed he had some reservations about pertaining to Tate stems from allegations Tate made about Paul taking steroids, something that can be very serious given the industry that Paul is in.

AlthoughLogan Paul has signed with the WWEand he was reluctant to specify anything on the record, he’s suggested that the next boxing contender is being set up, but it isn’t official yet. The next opponent may be a widely recognized fighter like some of his previous ones based on Paul’s hints about how the response to their “first impression” will be if the fight lines up, with Paul stating “they’re a fighter, he’s a fighter.” Because Tate needs some warm-up fights and Paul is still looking to other potential candidates for another boxing event, it may be some time before fans see Tate versus Paul at a big pay-per-view.

Because many Logan Paul fans have expressed interest in seeing the YouTube content creator turned boxer and WWE wrestler take on Andrew Tate, the fight may end up happening once Tate’s warm-ups are done. As some of Paul’s fans continue to predict his next opponent in the ringafter WWE champion Roman Reigns, whether it’s a boxing or wrestling one, others remain patient and hope the Tate fight is set up behind the scenes.
