Marvel’s Avengershas a mechanic where players may obtain Major Artifacts that temporarily summon AI characters and grant gear perks. With the Void-Tech Transponder Artifact, fans may be assisted by Hank Pym as an NPC AI who deals Particle Damage. A fan who goes by All-Father Designs, or WolverineKuzuri93, has previously come up with their own interesting Artifact designs forMarvel’s Avengers.
For example, All-Father Designs has suggested the inclusion of a Thor-exclusive Exotic Artifact that lets players wield the Stormbreaker axe fromAvengers: Infinity War(2018) for a limited time. Moreover, All-Father Designs has thought of an Artifact exclusive to Iron Man, where players could summon an Iron Legion troupe of three droid bots fromAvengers: Age of Ultron(2015) to aid them in battle. Lately, this fan has produced a new design that would be a fitting addition toBlack Panther’s War for Wakanda DLC.

All-Father Designs' latest Artifact design is exclusive to Captain America, and would include a skin cosmetic for the character inspired by his appearance inAvengers: Infinity War. The fan has shared an image depicting how they think theAvengers:Infinity Warappearance would be adapted toCaptain America inMarvel’s Avengers. The original character model would gain a beard and have signs of damage on his forehead, while the suit could be adapted closely to the film. Since Captain America has this look while he is in Wakanda during the film, it makes sense for the skin and Artifact to be included during the game’s War for Wakanda DLC.
Of course, this fan’s designs are not official Artifacts inMarvel’s Avengers. But many fans in the community have shared their interest in these designs becoming legitimate Artifacts in the game.Marvel’s Avengershas also added skin cosmeticsfromAvengers: Endgame(2019) skin. With this fan’s design inspirations coming from film installments of the MCU,Marvel’s Avengersfans are clearly demonstrating that they would like to see more content from the MCU’s films and streaming service shows.
The fan suggests that their Artifact design could summon the Wakandan shield gauntlets that Captain America wields in the film. Ultimately, this could completely restructure how Captain America’s character would be played inMarvel’s Avengers. Fans would then have the option of trading in the character’s iconic, physics-defying projectile for two close-ranged gauntlets. All-Father Designs' image states that the character would then have “unique animations and combos” to accommodate the new play-style.
Some fans have already responded to the fan-made design, such as TRKyle saying that they prefer his “ranged capabilities.” Either way, it is fun for fans to imagine newadditions toMarvel’s Avengers.
Marvel’s Avengersis available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
