NetherRealm confirmed Omni-Man’s release window at New York Comic Con, where the game’s DLC release schedule was also confirmed. Joining Omni-Man in November will be the Kameo fighter Tremor, while Quan Chi is coming in winter 2023/2024, followed by Peacemaker in the same release window. Ermac andHomelander fromThe Boysare both expected to come spring 2024. The last DLC character to join theMortal Kombat 1roster as part of Kombat Pack 1 will be Takeda Takahashi, who will be available at some point in summer 2024.

Besides Tremor dropping in November,Mortal Kombat 1didn’t reveal specific release plans for the other DLCKameo Fighters. Fans do know that Ferra, Janet Cage, Khameleon, and Mavado are all coming toMortal Kombat 1at some point down the line, but it remains to be seen exactly one. One has to imagine they will be paired up with DLC characters, like how Tremor is coming in the same month as Omni-Man, but perhaps the pairings haven’t been decided yet.

While no official announcements have been made, leaks have claimed to revealeveryone coming in Kombat Pack 2. Fans should take the information with a grain of salt, as pastMortal Kombatleaks have proven to be inaccurate, but if they are legitimate, then fans can look forward to Deathstroke, Doomslayer, Harley Quinn, Kano, Noob Saibot, and Sareena joining the roster of playable fighters, while Bo' Rai Cho, Drahmin, Hsu Hao, Moloch, and Rain will be made Kameo Fighters. For now, fans can stay focused on Kombat Pack 1 and the various DLC characters that have been officially confirmed.
