Season seven looks set to capture the excitement of the fandom once again before heading into the final arc.

Building Up to the End Game
Season seven is set to include the Star and Stripe and the U.A. Traitor arcs. These arcs are the last two arcs before the Final War arc that will bring the series to its conclusion. However, that by no means suggests that these arcs are merely stage setters for the grand finale. While they do set the stage for the final arc, these arcs contain plenty of moments that will be remembered by the fandom long after the series ends.
For arcs that bridge the gap between one of the highest stakes battles in the series to date and theFinal War arc, where everything will be settled, they have plenty of action and plot-driving moments that are sure to make an impact.
Star and Stripe Arc
The seventh season will start exactly where it left off in season six. America’s number one hero,Star and Stripe, is on the way to Japanto help her dear friend and idol, All Might, and the country of Japan get rid of the blight that is All for One. As always, though, the ever-crafty All for One has prepared for this moment and intercepts the American hero and her escort of fighter jets.
Intercepting Star and Stripe is a massive risk since he’s using Shigaraki’s still-damaged body to do it, but he deems it worthwhile because of the trouble her quirk can cause him later and the fact that if he steals her quirk, he could reach unprecedented levels of power. Star and Stripe’s quirk,New Order, is one of the most powerful quirksin theMy Hero Academiauniverse. New Order allows Star and Stripe to apply new rules to both herself and her surroundings. While she can only change the rules of two things at a time, with one of these things being herself for the sake of super strength, this ability is incredibly potent and versatile.
The battle between Shigaraki/All for One and Star and Stripe is one of the best in the entire series. The fight and its aftermath will likely make up the entirety of what will be an action-packed first cour.
The U.A. Traitor Arc
The U.A. Traitor arc is less action-packed than the Star and Stripe arc, but what it lacks in action, it makes up for in the plot. For a long time now, there has been a traitor lurking inside U.A. High’s halls, and no one has been able to figure out who the mole is until now. The U.A. Traitor arc is, as the name suggests, the arc thatfinally unveils the rat leaking information to the villains.
The arc also has another reveal in the fact it shows the face of the invisible girl, Toru Hagakure, for the first time. While fans will surely wish it to be under better circumstances than a heart-breaking betrayal, it is still something the fan base has been waiting for a long time to see. Furthermore, this arc will show just how much Deku has changed since the beginning of the show, in the sense thathe has become a lot colderwhile maintaining his sense of justice.
This season will be very different from the previous one, but it certainly has the potential to leave fans very happy and on the edge of their seats for more by the end of it. The Star and Stripe arc will provide the action, while the U.A. Traitor arc will drive the plot to where it needs to be for a grand finale.
