The world ofNarutohas quite a lot of incredible Jutsu that the fans have seen over the years. While every Justu is unique in its own way, there are only a handful of them that are incredibly strong. Among the strong ones, there are some that can be considered to be self-destructing jutsu.
These jutsu are so strong that they also end up affecting the user. Essentially, they offer great power but this power comes at a great price. Naruto has seen the introduction of quite a lot of self-destructing jutsu, however, among them, only a handful can be considered to be the strongest.

9Mutually Multiplying Explosive Tags
Mutually Multiplying Explosive Tags is a jutsu that was developed by Tobirama. Although this jutsu was used by him in conjunction with his Edo Tensei, it can also be used by live humans.
Of course, doing that would result in the death of the human, however, the firepower that it would offer would be great since the explosive tags are almost infinite and the explosions continue for quite a long time.
8Reincarnation Technique
The Reincarnation Technique was used by Chiyo to bring back Gaara after he had his Tailed Beast extracted from his body.
At the cost of her own life, Chiyo transferred her life force into Gaara, bringing him back to life. This technique is incredibly useful, however, the price to pay is the life of the user, and that makes it very dangerous.

C0 is the ultimate technique of Deidara. When he uses this power, essentially, he blows himself up. He used this technique in the fight against Sasuke and had it not been for the incredibly perceptive mind of the Uchiha, he would certainly have died.
The blast radius for this Jutsu is 10 km, which is incredibly vast. Such a technique can only be fought against by some of the smartest fighters in theNarutoworld.
6Eight Inner Gates
The Eight Inner Gates technique is an ability that allows the user to remove limiters from their body. In exchange, they gain an incredibly vast amount of chakra which boosts their strength tremendously.
However, after opening the 8th Gate, the user suffers tremendously. In fact, the user will end up dying after opening the 8th Gate in exchange for tremendous power that far surpasses that of the Five Kage, and this makes it a self-destructing technique.
5Reaper Death Seal
The Reaper Death Seal is a powerful Sealing Jutsu that belonged to the Uzumaki Clan. It is possible that this techniquewas taught to Minato by Kushina.
Minato used this technique in order to seal Kurama in his body, at the cost of his own life. Hiruzen also used this technique moments before his death to seal away Orochimaru’s arms, and the reaper ended up taking his life in return.
4Mangekyo Sharingan
The Mangekyo Sharingan is the evolved form of the Sharinganthat only a handful of Uchiha clan members have awakened. This power is incredible and it offers quite a lot of deadly abilities to the user, however, usage of this eye causes permanent blindness.
This blindness can only be overcome by a transplant which likely has to come from someone with a blood relation to the user. Regardless, it is certainly a self-destructing jutsu.
3Izanagi
Izanagi is a forbidden Uchiha jutsuthat the user can cast at the cost of their eyesight. This jutsu allows them to turn an illusion into reality.
Essentially, the user can become invulnerable while Izanagi is active. Characters who have utilized this power to perfection are Obito and Madara. Danzo also used this technique however, it wasn’t refined at all.
2Izanami
Izanami is the counter of Izanagi and, just like the other Jutsu, it comes at the cost of the eyesight of one of the user’s eye. Izanami sets up an infinite loop that traps the target for eternity. The only way to break out is for the user to either cancel the technique or for the victim to acknowledge their true self and set their paths right. This technique is overpowered, however, the the price to pay is huge as it takes one of the user’s eyes.
Tengai Shinsei
Tengai Shinsei is an incredibly destructive jutsu utilized by Madara. By making use of the Rinnegan in conjunction with his Susanoo, Madara could call down meteorites from space.In the Fourth Great Ninja War, he brought down two of them and destroyed a large battalion of the Shinobi alliance. In the process, Madara and Mu got destroyed as well, however, since they were Edo Tensei, they could simply rebuild their bodies. For a human, performing this technique would mean suicide.
1Rinne Tensei
The Rinne Tensei is performed usingthe Outer Part of the Rinnegan, which is the secret 7th Path that rules life and death.
This power is very simple. It lets the user bring anyone back to life at the cost of their own life. It is an incredible ability, however, it is just as deadly to the user as the price to pay for it is huge.
