A player ofOverwatch 2has noticed that there are some surprisingly obvious visual issues regarding the cape on Ramattra’s outfit which involves the cloth clipping through the floor during certain emote and victory pose animations. Though there are other heroes inOverwatch 2which strangely don’t experience the same problem, several glitches persist throughout the game which often lead to some irritating visual oddities such as this.

The latest hero to arrive on the battlefield inOverwatch 2is the Omnic monk turned liberation group leader Ramattra, a powerful tank hero and the leader of the Omnic extremist group known as Null Sector. Ramattra is the first ‘tempo tank’ character to be introduced to the world ofOverwatch 2, featuring two distinct and terrifying forms which he can switch between to gain the upper hand in battle. Firstly is his Omnic form, where he wields his Void Accelerator staff and uses it to fire a stream of damaging nanites with no damage falloff, as well as to create strong barriers on the map. His Nemesis Form transforms him into a much larger version, where he can take more damage and dish out lethal punches.

However,anOverwatch 2fanby the name of Neo_Raider on Reddit posted an image highlighting a problem with one aspect of Ramattra’s aesthetic design. During certain emotes or victory poses, particularly those that involve the character sitting on the ground, Ramattra’s cape can quite clearly be seen to be clipping through the floor. This is interesting in a way, as other heroes in the game don’t seem to suffer from the same glitch. The post also includes a side-by-side comparison with Kiriko in her sitting pose, which demonstrates how her outfit obeys the laws of physics whereas Ramattra’s quite clearly does not.

Unfortunately,Overwatch 2has seen its share of bugssince it released back in October. While the developers have been quick to resolve many of these issues over the course of the first season, many fans have only pointed out more new glitches brought along with the content in Season 2. Though the game still suffers from the occasional animation loading issue - or, as seen above, bugs relating to cloth physics - it has also been known to have some more serious problems, some so severe that two whole characters had to be removed temporarily from the game throughout the first season.

These issues don’t even represent the main complaints from the community though, with many players continuing to complain about the cosmetic prices in the shop. Though fan feedback continues, it’s unclearif Blizzard will actually respond by adjusting pricesin the future.

Overwatch 2is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
