At more than ten years old, it would be feasible to assume that the next installment in the franchise would be just on the horizon. However, withStarfielddelayed until 2023, it feels likeThe Elder Scrolls 6is going to take even longer to come out. But the 2011 epic RPG is still enjoyed by millions, despite its age. In fact, one of its appeals is its longevity, and it can take an awful long time to make significant progress.
In a post on theSkyrimsubreddit recently, user Prestigious_Ad_3124 uploaded a short video showing that they’ve managed to max out all the skill trees that the game has to offer. As they rotate around the screen, it shows that everything is at 100, with the user saying that it has taken them “countless hours” to get to this point. In response to a comment further down the thread, they say that they’ve spent more than 200 hours maxing everything out, replying to another comment that this was all done without console commands.

It’s a pretty praiseworthy feat, especially for those who know the game inside and out.Skyrimis one of the longest open world gamesout there, though not quite on par with its predecessorMorrowind, so it’s hardly surprising that it’s taken more than 200 hours to get the maximum on every skill. Some in the thread have jokingly suggested that there is more to be done, with one user saying that they should do it in VR mode now, while another has said they need to go get those “legendary marks.”
Building skills inSkyrimis a key aspect of the gameplay. From the get go, players need to increase the prowess of the Dragonborn. The good thing about anElder Scrollstitle is the versatility that allows characters to be built in customizable ways. Some favor good sneak skills, others are happy to improve their blade capabilities, while others are after a more peaceful life and want to know more about alchemy. In general, no two playthroughs are the same, but maxing out every skill tree is quite an uncommon achievement, even for veteran players.
Much of Prestigious_Ad_3124’s accomplishment can probably be attested to just how long the game has been out, giving them plenty of time to hone their skills and work their way through each one. Despite how old it is now,Skyrimwas one of the top selling games of last month, which kind of shows that Bethesda doesn’t need to rush to getElder Scrolls 6out, sadly.
