One of the most popular TV shows in the world right now is the Netflix docu-seriesTiger King, which highlights the big cat trade in the United States along with the bizarre life of Joe Exotic. While Joe Exotic and Carole Baskin are definitely the two most recognizable people fromTiger King, other people featured in the documentary have also gotten their fair share of Internet fame from the show, including John Finlay, who some think has now been recreated inCall of Duty: Modern Warfare.
A new skin available as part of theCall of Duty: Modern WarfareSeason 3 Battle Pass features multiplayer Operator Yegor without a shirt, revealing a variety of tattoos all over his torso. Some fans have pointed out that this Yegor skin looks suspiciously like John Finlay fromTiger King, though it’s unclear if this was intentional on the part of Infinity Ward or merely a coincidence.

After all,Tiger Kinghasn’t even been on Netflix for a month yet, and arguably just reached the height of its popularity within the last couple of weeks. Considering this, it’s entirely possible that the similarities between the new Yegor skin in theModern WarfareSeason 3 Battle Passand John Finlay are just a coincidence, but it’s still an interesting observation nevertheless.
For those who have yet to seeTiger King, John Finlay is one of Joe Exotic’s romantic interests. At one point, Finlay was in a three-way “marriage” with Exotic and Travis Maldonado, though Finlay does not identify as gay.Tiger Kingfans can get up an update on Finlay’s life by watching the newTiger Kingepisode that was recently released on Netflix as a sort offollow-up show hosted by Joel McHale.
In the meantime,Call of Duty: Modern Warfarefans can expectInfinity Wardto continue releasing new cosmetic items for the game. Besides the skins that are part of the Battle Pass, Infinity Ward will likely release new bundles throughout Season 3 that feature special Operators and other cosmetics that players can use to customize theirModern Warfarecharacters.
Modern WarfareSeason 3 also has more new maps, weapons, and more on the way in addition to new cosmetics, so fans have plenty to look forward to in the coming weeks.
