Dead trees do not affect other trees on your farm.

Dead trees can be prevented. However, if you have planted the trees on your farm, nothing can be done. On the brighter side, certain locations on theStardew Valleymap feature areas thatdo not experience Fallas other areas would. Names here include The Desert and TheGinger Island.

Hence, planting trees in either location would guarantee safety during the fall and free up space on your farm to plant other trees or resources. The recommended location here is The Desert as it will give you more room to plant seeds that are considered profitable. The same case cannot be seen with Ginger Island. However, the latter can still be kept as a secondary option to plant trees and save them from dying out due to fall.
