Some areas, like Castle Village, are mentioned by villagers but can’t be visited by the player. This could change in the future, but for now, here are some of the most exciting new areas for players to visit inStardew Valley Expanded.
10Blue Moon Vineyard
Located between the forest and the beach, Blue Moon Vineyard is owned by Sophia. Players can finditems to foragehere, and new items spawn each morning. Players can find various items in each season:
Players can find Sophia in the building behind the fields. Clicking on the catalog in one of the rooms allows players to buy items, including Blue Moon Wine, Aged Blue Moon Wine, and (helpfully) Quality Sprinklers.

9Jenkins' Residence
The home of Olivia and Victor Jenkins is notable because of the size. It’s a huge house, complete with a library, a cellar, and several other rooms. Players can find it east ofPierre’s General Store.
Unlockable dialog (uncovered if Penny’s ‘mature event’ is re-enabled) reveals that someone else used to live in the house before Olivia and Victor, but they had to move out due to a police investigation. Intriguing …

8Aurora Vineyard
Aurora Vineyard is an abandoned vineyard, found in Forest West (the northwest part). It’s hugely overgrown, both inside and outside, but there are clues to suggest that someone has visited recently.

It’s a good place to go if players want to find out more about the characters, piecing events together using objects found around the house. They can also find an Ancient Doll here, which is intriguing (and a little creepy).
7Enchanted Grove
Enchanted Grove isn’t accessible until some late-game quests have begun. It’s located north of the farm, near the Backwoods path. Unlocking the enchanted grove involves several steps:
Dewdrop Berries spawn here on the 1st and 14th of every season.

6Fairhaven Farm
Home to the Joja-supporting lone wolf Andy, Fairhaven Farm can be found in Cindersnap Forest (about halfway down). It’s a struggling farm, with some wilting crops, but there are some goods to be found here, including:

Andy’s house can be improved if the player either fixes up the community center or fully supports JojaMart’s town improvements.
5Junimo Woods
Hidden in the southwest part of Cindersap Forest, Junimo woods can be visited after players complete renovations to the Community Center. There are some rare items to be found here if players can work their way to the center of the maze.
There’s a lot of cool lore to be found here, including Dwarvish and Elvish weapons. It’s worth noting that if playersdecide to align with JojaMart, they won’t be able to access Junimo Woods.

4Old Community Garden
The Old Community Garden is a small, abandoned garden in the southeast of Pelican Town. In Year 2 on a spring day, a cutscene will show Lewis asking the player to clear out the plot. This benefits him, as it improves the town’s image, and it benefits the player because they can use it to grow their own crops. If the player chooses to reject Lewis’s request, they can still clear out the garden later if they want to.
Sprinklers work in the gardenso players can use it as an extra space to grow crops with minimal maintenance required.

3The Crimson Badlands
So much can be said about the Galodran Continent. It’s an entirely new area, with its own storyline andexciting lore to discover. The main draw of the Galdoran Continent has to be Crimson Badlands. Players can unlock the Crimson Badlands by completing the Enchanted Grove quest. This involves completing:
There are many items to find at the Crimson Badlands, including bone artifacts, and some good drops from enemies. The enemies are tough, though, so players should prepare before they enter the Badlands.

2Emerald Farm
Emerald Farm is located next to the railroad. Players won’t be able to access it until Jojamart removes the landslide debris (in Summer Year 1). Emerald Farm is the home of Susan, a keen farmer (who happens to be totally opposed to Jojamart). Several crops are grown here, including:
1Optional Areas
