After a somewhat underwhelming offering in Mahag Saar, Ganath Haros offers up some of the very best sub-quests inTales of Arise. There’s plenty of variety across the realm’s 12 quests, though players will need to wait until after they’ve dealt with the fifth and final Renan Lord before they’re able to really sink their teeth into them.

Among the many great completion rewards on offer are several artifacts, some brand new titles, and a pair of incredibly uniqueweapons for Shionneand Alphen. Many of the quests also pit players against Gigant Zeugles, which provides a great opportunity to increase the party’s maximum CP as they head towards the home stretch ofTales of Arise’s marathon of a main story.
Updated June 03, 2025 by Tom Bowen:Given its overall proximity to the main story’s climax, players really won’t have to wait too long to unlock all of the side-quests found in Ganath Haros following their first visit. Nine of them are available almost immediately after defeating the realm’s Lord, Vholran, with the other three being unlocked just a little further down the line. Figuring outhow to complete every side quest in Ganath Harosis far from easy, which, for some players, is all part of the fun. For everybody else, however, this guide will provide all of the relevant information on how to emerge victorious, as well as all of the rewards that are available for doing so.
Gourmet Saga: Soft and Fluffy
Defeat Almeidrea onthe Mobile Fortress Gradia.
How to Complete Fishing Fiends
Enter Shinefall Woods and defeat four Terrapin Fists. Two groups of them can be found, each one near the Thistlym exit. If needed, players can simply take out the one to the right and then leave and return to the area so that it respawns.
Defeat Vholran inDel Fharis Castle.
How to Complete Master of Nature
Travel to the Lavtu Marshlands and defeatthe Elemental Gigant Zeugle(level 42). There are four of them, each one with its own elemental affinity (earth, wind, water, and fire), so players may want to consider using either dark or light Artes to avoid hitting resistances.
Defeat Vholran in Del Fharis Castle.
How to Complete Gourmet Saga: Soft and Fluffy
Give Gourdeno some rice (x6), peppers (x4), rappig meat (x2), and tofu (x2). Players should already have a pretty decent stock of rice and peppers by now, but just in case, both can be found in the Lavtu Marshlands area. The meat can be obtained from the ranch once players have unlocked the ability to farm rappigs and the tofu can be purchased from the innkeeper in Pelegion.
Head back to Aureum Falls and defeat five Wild Boomy.
How to Complete Catching Up
Give the carpenter threeInfused Statue Fragments. These are sometimes dropped by the Killer Effigy enemy, which can be found in the Forland Mountains area. Alternatively, players can acquire them by completing Law’s Ultimate challenge at the Training Grounds in Viscint.

Finish the main story quests in Pelegion and then head towards the Forland Mountains.
How to Complete Missing Lover
Speak with Ganye on level 3 of Pelegion and then, after crossing the mountains, the guard on Talka Pond Road.
Dahnan Elder (Thistlym)
How to Complete Seaside Tornadoes
Head to the Tuah Seashore Are and defeatthe Stormbringer Gigant Zeugle(level 42). The Stormbringer is weak to earth attacks, so players should be sure to equip some of Alphen’s earth Artes like Destruction and Eternal Devastation before beginning the fight.
Dahna Man (Shinefall Woods)
How to Complete Her Place
Defeatthe Regent Bee Gigant Zeugle(level 45) in Shinefall Woods and then rest at a campsite after returning to the man. The Zeugle has no major weaknesses, though does have fairly low elemental defense stats.
Cross the Forland Mountains.
How to Complete Untamable Rage
Travel to Shinefall Woods and follow the new route to Fogwharl Limestone Caverns. After reaching the Inner Sanctum area, defeat the Luo Undine mini-boss (level 56) and then return to the man in Thistlym. Though certainly challenging, Luo Undine is weak to fire attacks, making Alphen’s Flaming Edge attacks particularly effective. Rinwell is also a solid pick for this fight on account of her excellent selection of fire-based Artes.

How to Complete A Talk With Tilsa
Answer the questions. As with some of the other multiple-choice sub-quests inTales of Arise, it really doesn’t matter which options are chosen.

Complete the “Missing Lover” sub-quest and reach the Rena section of the main story.
How to Complete Their Future
Head to Saxleoh Temple in Pelegion and watch or skip the cut-scene.

Head to the Tuah Seashore after reaching theRenasection of the main story.
How to Complete Beyond The Grave
Visit the Hidden Wharf in Mahag Saar and speak to Mahavar, who’ll offer to take the party to the “Uninhabited Island.” After arriving on the island, defeat the Mesmald mini-boss (level 59) and then watch or skip the cutscene to complete the quest. The uninhabitable island will be permanently unlocked after players visit for the first time and will appear on the fast travel menu under the “Other” tab.
