Bulma is one of the playable characters inDragon Ball: The Breakersalongside the create-a-character and Oolong. Well, technically, Bulma is just a skin for the player character and not a unique separate “character”, but she does have specific Active Skills tied to her.

So, for those just starting the game as Bulma who don’t want to put +10 upgrades into her Skills and would rather just playas the genius inventor herselfinDragon Ball: The Breakers, here’s the best build for her.
Innate Active Skills: Single-Wheel Motorbike & Charming Pose
Bulma has two innate Active Skills, herSingle-Wheel Motorbike Capsule, andCharming Pose. The Motorbike is honestly one of the best Active Skills in the game as it has an infinite boost by using the Dodge input that can outspeed the Raider or their Ki Blasts in most instances. Additionally,Charming Poseis one of the better stun-type Skills in the game alongside ones likeKrillin’s Shoe,Trap Device, orSolar Flare.
Both of these Skills are absolutely worth investing the Super Warrior Spirits to max them out or get them to +10 to use on the create-a-character. But for those who can’t afford it yet or just want to actually play as Bulma, here are the Passive Skills and Transpheres recommendations that would fit a “Bulma Build” the best.

Passive Skill Recommendations
Now, some players may be wondering about her two other Active Skill slots if two of them areCharming PoseandBulma’s Bike.Well,Grappleshould always be equipped, no matter what, and that last slot is really just based on player preferance. Though, putting inFake Deathwould be anice little homage to Yamcha.
Now, for Passive Skills, it’s recommended to use ones that synergize with Bulma’s Innate Active Skills which are of course theMotorbikeand theCharming Pose. Since there’s not much that other Skills can do forCharming Pose, most of this build is centered around making her as much of a menace on herMotorbikeas possible. With that in mind, here are the best options for her.

Expert Driver (Speed Boost)
First is the Passive Skill from Krillin’s Transphere,Expert Driver (Speed Boost). This is the most synergistic Skill to grab and equip on Bulma. With this Skill equipped and upgraded,Bulma’s Bikewill be noticeably faster and will be able to easily leave the Raider in the dust. Not only that, the bike can get from one side of the map to the other in less than 30 seconds.

Barrier Auto-Recovery
Next up it’s got to beBarrier Auto Recoveryfrom Piccolo’s Transphere. This Passive Skill regenerates the Barrier that players lose when taking a hit automatically over time. Now, at its base level, it can take quite a while for this Barrier to come back up, but with just a few upgrades it’s noticeably faster.
This works especially well with Bulma since she’ll be spending a lot of time on herMotorbikeso she might as well regenerate her Barrier while she’s at it.

VIP Special
For the third choice, it has to beVIP Special. Bulma comes from a rich family in theDBZuniverse as she’s the second daughter of the founder of Capsule Corporation. So of course the Vending Machines that come out of Capsules (that are likely made by her family) should give her a discount.
Not only that, but this Skill also comes from Yamcha’s Transpheres, who happens to be her ex. But in all seriousness, Bulma will be constantly speeding around the map and will likely encounter Vending Machines often while doing so, which is where this Skill will prove its worth.

Hovering Device
For her last Skill slot, it’s a bit of a toss-up butHovering Devicewould seem to be the best recommendation. While Bulma has a lot of horizontal mobility she’ll struggle without some vertical mobility as well, which is exactly whatHovering Devicewill give her. Plus, usingHovering Deviceat all during a fall will cancel the long landing animation when hitting the ground so Bulma will be able to get onto herMotorbikeeven faster.
Transphere Setup Recommendations
Transpheres are more about usingwhich ones currently have the Skills they needto equip or just pure player bias so it doesn’t make much sense to recommend specific ones for Bulma.
That said, if the player wanted to use Transpheres that seemed to fit best with Bulma as a character, the obvious choices would be:

But gameplay-wise, just equip whatever characters have the Skills that are needed, which, based on the recommendations above, would beKrillin,Piccolo, andYamcha.
