In a five minute YouTube time-lapse video, viewers can see the long process and intricate detail that went into creating the realistic work of art, that showcases all the major characters from the game in a movie style poster.
The art on Twitter was posted with Joel’s iconic line “if, somehow, the lord gave me another chance at that moment… I would do it all over again,” which is also a nice metaphor for some of the themes explored within the game. The poster has drawn huge praise online and was even retweeted by the game’s creative director, Neil Druckmann. The Naughty Dog franchise is well-known for its amazing game design, which has filled multiple official art books since its release. With no official word on ifThe Last of Us Part 3will happen, the next thing fans have to look forward to is theHBO adaptation of the game to television.
