Aftera relatively easy boss fight at the end of stage three,Wanted: Deadcranks the heat back up with Mr. Holiday. Fought at the end of the Police HQ stage, this potentially challenging showdown starts out as a two-on-one, with the rest of the Zombie Squad locked out of the battle arena. This means that Doc’s not around to revive Hannah if she falls in battle, so players will need to be a bit more cautious than they usually would.

As with a lot of theother boss fights inWanted: Dead, heading into the showdown with Mr. Holiday prepared can make a huge difference, as too can having the right skills and abilities unlocked. In particular, players will want to make sure that they’ve unlocked the Handgun Counter Follow-Up and Incendiary Grenade abilities ahead of time, as, just as in the last fight, these are mechanics that they’ll be using a lot in the fight against Mr. Holiday.
When the battle begins,Wanted: Deadplayers will find themselves up against two Mr. Holidays. Thankfully, they both share the same health bar, so there’s no need to target one of them over the other. This means that players can instead focus on dodging attacks and countering whenever the opportunity presents itself. Those who’ve mastered melee parrying shouldn’t have too much trouble here, though they will still need to be on the lookout for handgun counter opportunities.

Mr. Holiday has two moves that can be countered this way during the first phase of the fight. The first and most commonly used is a roll into gunfire, while the second is a grab attack, which results in the other Mr. Holiday dishing out some serious damage to Captain Stone. The latter only happens if players get too close and the window for countering is incredibly brief, soplayers with poor reaction times should probably keep their distancebetween melee combos.
Once the shared health bar hits 50%, one of them will die and the health bar will be refilled. This next phase of the fight is arguably a lot easier than the first, as although Mr. Holiday’s melee attacks can hit a little harder this time around, he’s not so great at closing down distance and seems a lot more reluctant to use his guns than he was in the first phase. Both of these things are easy to exploit.

Players should put a little bit of distance between themselves and the boss and then hit him with an incendiary grenade. He doesn’t really move too much while he’s on fire, allowing for some easy headshots with very little risk of taking damage. Unlike some of theother bosses inWanted: Dead, Mr. Holiday is pretty weak to gunfire, so players should take advantage of this to end the fight that little bit quicker. That said, melee combos can be just as effective, if not more, though this strategy is obviously a little riskier.
